Decorating the Garfield Tablet.

The Garfield memorial tablet, in the ladies' waiting room of the Baltimore and Potomac depot, was thoughtfully decorated yesterday morning by Mrs. White, the lady in charge, who placed thereon a handsome floral tribute. Later in the day a floral representation of the gates ajar was sent by the pupils and teachers of the Spencerian Business College.
